Allahabad or the City of God in Persian is truly divine in constitution and influence. Also known as Prayag, its ancient name, Allahabad located in Uttar Pradesh is sacredly placed at the confluence of the two holiest rivers namely Ganga and Yamuna and a mythical river Saraswati popularly known as Triveni Sangam, the most sacred religious sites of Hindus.
