A beautiful hotel exactly opposite to The Lake. Had a balcony and the pictures is the view from my room. The staff is very cordial and service is impromptu. I guess this will continue to be the preferred destination. There is ample parking for the cars and the gifting shop nxt to this hotel is really nice and reasonable. ATM nxt door.
A perfect stay... Staff is so polite and humble..they take care of all your needs...Best class in service... They also serves delicious food in their in-house restaurant.
It is a nice hotel, just apposite nani lake views are great and the food is also good. The hotel has car parking also but limited to 9 cars only so it is on first come first served basis. The hotel do require some renovation but otherwise it's good.
Rooms are spacious and the rooms facing lake are good. Rates are high. Luxury is not up to the mark. Room setup is very simple. Overall if one wants to enjoy the lake view from room balcony its quite good one. Parking to us was denied for the first day. Complementary breakfast was quite costly.
If you need a place to stay in Nainital, this is the best hotel you can find. This one has best location on mall road with lake views. It's quite costly to many but worth every penny. You can depend on it's food and staff service. They have different staff to work around shifts. They have pantry open till 12am.
