Sariska Tiger Reserve
Founded in 1958, the Sariska Tiger Reserve was the royal preserve of the rulers of Alwar. In 1979, it came under Poject Tiger. It is a beautiful home to ruined temples, monuments and a wide variety of fauna.Spreading its wings over a huge area, it is home to the four horned antelopes, cheetals,sanbhars, nilgais and tigers.
Bala Quila
Sitting majestically on a 300m steep cliff, the massive Bala Quila is the beauty of Alwar. The fort was a blanket that actually protected Alwar from any intrusion. The massive fort houses many palace and temples. The fort bewitches everyone with its sense of mystery as well historical charm.
Sagar
The artificial lake was built by Maharaja Vinay Singh in 1815 A.D. It is located behind the City Palace. There is chhatri with strange Bengali roof and vaults located within this lake.
